Introducing this captivating "Catrina" t-shirt, a vibrant tribute to Mexico's Day of the Dead tradition. The design features the iconic Catrina, symbolizing the interconnectedness of life and death, originally conceived by Mexican artist José Guadalupe Posada. This holiday, known as Día de los Muertos, is a cherished Mexican celebration where families honor departed loved ones, embracing death as a natural part of life's cycle. This t-shirt not only captures the Catrina's allure but also pays homage to the profound symbolism of the Day of the Dead. It's a wearable work of art, embodying the beauty of cultural heritage and the enduring power of art to transcend boundaries. Wear it proudly during the festivities or year-round to celebrate the rich traditions that remind us of life's intricate tapestry.

The original painting is painted in oil paint on a 48x32 inch birchwood block and is still available. This painting was created as a result of my inspiration during my three-year residence in Mexico.
